FERLACH AUSTRIA', with ramp-mounted bead fore-sight, matt sight rib with open sights and engraved with the calibre designation, fitted with a Swarovski 1,25-4x24 Habicht telescopic sight, serial no. P701189907, in claw mounts (missing fore retaining screw) at the breech end, wooden side fillets, quadruple-grip action with side-bolsters, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'S' detail, cocking-indicators, profuse acanthus scroll engraving, the bolsters boldly carved with acanthus detailing, retaining traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 14 3/4in. pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece, including 1in. covered recoil pad, sling swivels, fore-end wood inlet with the initials 'MG', weight 8lb. 15oz.
